I spent my childhood watching the sunset's warmth on my bedroom walls, stargazing and searching for the moon in all its phases, getting in water any chance I could, leaning against the wind, and being mesmerized by the dancing of a flame. The simple wonders of nature caught my attention, captured my heart when I was young, and became embedded into my interests as I got older.
Self-exploration and spirituality continued to be a part of my life; I've spent years studying different traditions and practices to deepen my understanding of life, health, and what it means to thrive. Having over ten years of experience working with clients through movement, breathwork, and meditation, I believe in the power of uncomplicated daily rituals, and with another eight years of utilizing and studying Ayurveda, I've seen those rituals along with food, herbalism, and healthy relationships bolster health and well-being.
The simple things in life – sitting in candlelight, spending time in nature, burning incense, practicing yoga - still fill my spirit with wonder and remind me of life's magic. My work aims to share this holistic approach to well-being that honors our interconnectedness to the world while becoming more in tune with our body's unique intelligence.
